Yoga and Meditation
Participate in classes that leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, yet energized and in a heightened state of awareness. For every level, beginners through advanced. Instruction will include yoga deep breathing, gentle stretches, a variety of asanas, often including partner stretches, and meditation at the end of class.
Classes scheduled Tuesdays 9:00 – 10:30 AM and 4:30 – 6:00 PM, and Wednesdays 2:00 – 3:30 PM at the Buckhead Yoga Room. Contact Karen for required pre-registration. $80 for a 6-week session; $15 for a drop-in.
